In 2020 (the award ceremony in Rome at the Campidoglio was postponed to 2021 due to Covid), he received, together with Amicafarmacia, the \u201c100 Italian Excellence Award\u201d, organized by the LIBER Association and sponsored by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. Fabrizio Mutti (Director):<\/strong> born in Milan (MI) on 17 May 1968. He graduated in Law in 1992 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1994, as well as of the Italian Supreme Court Bar since 2014. His professional practice focuses primarily on corporate law, banking law, and business crisis management. In the past, he has provided legal assistance to major healthcare institutions in Lombardy, also contributing to the implementation of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001. He has held positions as chairman of boards of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies for companies operating in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Pharmacies of Peschiera Borromeo, as well as president of a foundation managing accredited nursery schools and of several voluntary associations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He began working as an accountant on an individual basis in 1992, with his own organisation and collaborating professionally with Studio Bertini, providing consultancy to their clients. He currently provides corporate, tax and administrative consultancy and assistance, on an ongoing basis, also in collaboration with leading commercial firms, to companies in the industry and fashion sector. He is currently a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of River Chimica Industriale S.p.A. and Fimm Italia S.p.A.; he is Sole Director of BagRe S.r.l., Coilservice S.r.l. and Ferric S.r.l., and liquidator of Riverfin S.r.l. in liquidation.<\/p>\n
