Great success for Farma\u00e8 SpA, media platform and leader in Italy in the Healthcare, Beauty and Wellness sectors, awarded with two Netcomm AWARDs, respectively in the category “Digital marketing” and “Customer Care & CRM”. The Netcomm AWARD is the most important award in Italy in e-commerce and rewards the most innovative platforms at national level.<\/em><\/div>\n

Viareggio, 23 September 2022 – Farma\u00e8 S.p.A – a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange and a leading platform in Italy in the healthcare, beauty and wellness sectors – has received two Netcomm Awards, respectively in the “Digital marketing” and “Customer Care & CRM” categories. The Netcomm AWARD, now in its 11th edition, rewards the best Italian ecommerce companies that stand out for the innovation of their business model, technological innovation, creativity, usability and transparency of the procedures adopted, and the effectiveness and clarity of the information of the project developed.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The award was presented during the event held in Milan on 22 September at the Cariplo Factory. Receiving the award was Riccardo Iacometti, Founder and Managing Director of Farma\u00e8.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The task of judging the participants, 80 leading national and international companies characterised by a great commitment to the online development of their business, was entrusted to a jury of 15 super partes experts selected by Netcomm from among CEOs and managers of major digital companies, university e-commerce researchers, journalists and professionals from the world of communication, marketing and advertising. The “Digital Marketing” category, which saw Farma\u00e8 awarded as the most important company with the most innovative project, saw the competition of companies that have developed the most effective and novel strategies for reaching their customers.<\/p>\n

In the ‘Customer Care & CRM’ category, Netcomm awarded Farma\u00e8 for its focus on the level of customer satisfaction and its ability to dialogue with customers and build their loyalty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
