FARMAÈ WINS TWO NETCOMM AWARDS
The award was presented during the event held in Milan on 22 September at the Cariplo Factory. Receiving the award was Riccardo Iacometti, Founder and Managing Director of Farmaè.
The task of judging the participants, 80 leading national and international companies characterised by a great commitment to the online development of their business, was entrusted to a jury of 15 super partes experts selected by Netcomm from among CEOs and managers of major digital companies, university e-commerce researchers, journalists and professionals from the world of communication, marketing and advertising. The “Digital Marketing” category, which saw Farmaè awarded as the most important company with the most innovative project, saw the competition of companies that have developed the most effective and novel strategies for reaching their customers.
In the ‘Customer Care & CRM’ category, Netcomm awarded Farmaè for its focus on the level of customer satisfaction and its ability to dialogue with customers and build their loyalty.
