Alberto Maglione (Director): born in Pietrasanta (LU) on 23 January 1979. He began his professional career with more than fifteen years of experience in the field of Communication and Marketing in all its evolutionary paths with particular reference to the new digital communication and new technologies. In 2003 he founded Valnan Communication of which he is General Manager and member of the Board of Directors. Since January 2013 he is part of the Farmaè Group of which he is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President with operational responsibilities in the areas of Business Development, M&A, Group Retail, Communication & Public Affairs, CSR, Project Management and Investor Relations.

Giuseppe Cannarozzi (Director): born in Foggia (FG) on 4 June 1952. After graduating in Business and Economics from the University of Pisa, he enrolled in the Lucca Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and in the Register of Auditors. He began his career as an employee at two well-known audit firms; in 1983 he joined an accountant’s office and in 1991 he started his own business as an accountant, opening two offices: one in Viareggio and one in the tannery district of Tuscany. He has been and continues to be an acting member of boards of statutory auditors, including of medium-large companies.

Marco Di Filippo (Director): born in Turin (TO) on 12 September 1986. After graduating from high school, in 2014 he obtained a degree and subsequent qualification in Pharmacy from the University of Turin. In 2006 he founded Amicafarmacia.com, as a new asset and e-commerce channel connected to the family pharmacy, building and guiding the growth path, with particular reference to the digital marketing and IT processes functions. From the end of 2020, he started his role as CEO and Sole Shareholder of Amicafarmacia Srl. In 2020 (award ceremony in Rome in Campidoglio postponed to 2021 due to Covid) he received with Amicafarmacia the “Premio 100 Eccellenze Italiane” (100 Italian Excellence Award), organised by the LIBER Association and sponsored by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. He participates as speaker at events and conferences on e-commerce and pharmaceutical retail.

Marco Guidi (Independent Director): born in Pontedera (PI) on 5 April 1970. He obtained a diploma as a Chartered Accountant and Commercial Expert in 1989. He has been enrolled at no. 317/A of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Pisa since 1992 and registered in the Register of Legal Auditors with no. 86525 as per Ministerial Decree 27/07/1999, in G.U. no. 77 of 28/09/1999. He began working as an accountant on an individual basis in 1992, with his own organisation and collaborating professionally with Studio Bertini, providing consultancy to their clients. He currently provides corporate, tax and administrative consultancy and assistance, on an ongoing basis, also in collaboration with leading commercial firms, to companies in the industry and fashion sector. He is currently a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of River Chimica Industriale S.p.A. and Fimm Italia S.p.A.; he is Sole Director of BagRe S.r.l., Coilservice S.r.l. and Ferric S.r.l., and liquidator of Riverfin S.r.l. in liquidation.

Giovanni Bulckaen (Independent Director): born in Lucca (LU) on 9 September 1963, he graduated from the University of Pisa – Business and Economics School – in 1990. Since 1987 he has been a member of the Lucca College of Accountants and Commercial Experts. Since 1993, he has been enrolled in the Court of Lucca’s list of expert witnesses and insolvency proceedings. Since 1995 he has been registered as Official Auditor of Accounts with the Ministry of Justice. Since 1989 he has worked as a chartered accountant in private and public sector positions. He is also authorized for representation and defence in the Tax Commission and for the issuance of a compliance visa (Regional Tax Directorate).
